Each day brings opportunities for observational feedback and professional development. Our team approaches literacy development from a wide range of expertise, including multilingualism, D/HH, and a variety of cognitive realities.

Our highly trained team offers the following face-to-face services:

  • Student literacy development days (ideal before any high stakes testing or assessment tied to SPS);

  • Teacher observation and feedback (framed in a positive tone from an outsider, feedback can be taken very differently than from high-stakes supervisors and we can take the time for things that many administrators simply do not have time to include in their busy schedules);

  • Lesson modeling for all core content areas (Some teachers need to see to understand, and we can model a variety of standards);

  • Administrator coaching for observation of specialty area teachers in any context (including multilingual students, immersion programs, special education, and early childhood); and

  • Planning and implementing high-quality professional learning (single instance or ongoing with articulation).
